Privacy policy

This page explains how I process the personal data of visitors to brunocorpino.com and of people who write to me through the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who is the controller

Bruno Corpino, Sardinia (Italy). For any privacy request you can write to me at: bruno.corpino@gmail.com.

What data I collect

Only what you send me through the contact form: first name, last name, email address and message; country and city only if you choose to provide them. The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Why I use it

Solely to reply to your message and, if you ask about prints, calendars or collaborations, to handle your request. I do not use it for newsletters or advertising and I do not share it with anyone.

On what basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, for requests about prints or collaborations, the pre-contractual steps you ask me to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing your data is optional, but without your name, email and message I cannot reply.

Who processes data on my behalf

Web3Forms, the service that receives the message sent from the form and forwards it to me by email; Google (Gmail), where I receive and keep my mail; Cloudflare, which hosts the site and, for security reasons, processes technical data such as your IP address and may use strictly necessary technical cookies. Some of these providers may also process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long

I keep messages for as long as needed to reply and handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless required by law (for example for the sale of prints).

Your rights

At any time you can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent without affecting processing already carried out. Just write to me at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
